Valpolicella Wine Dinner Wednesday, October 12th

Join us on Wednesday, October 12th at 7pm for the third and final chef's tasting dinner of 2016 in conjunction with The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas.  For the final dinner, we will be exploring the different valpolicella wines of the Veneto from Ca del Monte, including their classico, ripasso, and amarone - a very unique comparison tasting!  Gusto Chef Justin Turner has prepared an excellent menu to pair with the wines and Austin based Italian wine expert Pier Manna will be in attendance to guide us through the experience.  Get your tickets now at winefoodfoundation.org.
